Which Life to Cherish – School or College?

Is school life memorable or college?

Both the lives are to be cherished as one is different from another. If college life is beyond any restriction or discipline, school life is remarkable for a person’s growth where one learns the procedure for learning and how to build one’s personality.

Education is the essence of life and which every person under the sun has the right to attain. It is the inhibition among mankind to achieve education under any circumstance and as a student you need to focus on the platform or the mode of learning. Since your childhood after you take your birth, your parents admit you in a Montessori school, that leads to your admission in a primary school and then you pursue your studies and complete your schooling. After you pass out from school, you enter into a new world that is college. In this article, I’ll depict the contrast between school life and college life.

Discipline- the ingredient involved in studies

Education is always associated with discipline. For studies, what you require is concentration and discipline. In your school you have to remain under the restrictions of your teachers, class monitors, sports teachers, etc. You have to listen to them and whatever they utter you have to follow those instructions. In your school, you have to maintain discipline in your class room; you have to talk silently to your friends.

On the other hand, college life is somewhat different. Discipline is in your hands; you are not restricted or bound to follow any instruction. But, still you cannot break the rules and regulations of your college. Can you shout and scream in your college corridor? Think about it. You can study according to your own wish and no one is there to rebuke or command you.

Studying with great ease without any tension is always sought after

In your school, you need to submit your assignments and homework. If you fail to meet your deadline, you are at a loss. Sometimes the teachers rebuke you and sometimes they might punish you. You cannot study with independence. All of us seek for a path where to study with great ease and flexibility. In college, you get the right to study on your own. You can study whenever you want and you are not punished if you are lagging behind your studies during your examinations. When you take any test and fail in that or get fewer marks, your teachers do not scold you and you can study without any tension.

In school you also have to remain in the premises during school hours unlike college where you can attend your desired lectures and get back home whenever you want. In college, you can also pursue your studies online, while you have to remain enclosed in a classroom in your school life.

Both the lives are important and are equally good for a person’s growth. You cannot say which one surpasses the other.
